Having trouble? Consider the following ...
  • If you are trying to reset your TouchNet account, you must go to southern.edu/payment.
  • If you are a parent or guest, your username is going to be the email address you used when creating your parent portal or guest account. If you have not changed your recovery email, then it will be the same as your username.
